TDS Foam Cannon Warranty

Thank you for choosing a That Detail Shop foam cannon. We build our tools to support real wash routines, real detailers, and real-world use. This warranty page explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to contact us if you ever run into an issue with your TDS foam cannon.

Warranty Coverage

The TDS Foam Cannon warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your foam cannon arrives with a manufacturing issue or develops a covered defect during normal detailing use, That Detail Shop will review the issue and may offer a replacement part, product replacement, store credit, or another fair resolution based on the situation.

What May Be Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective fittings or connection points
  • Issues with included foam cannon components under normal use
  • Leaks or failures caused by a verified product defect
  • Missing or damaged parts reported shortly after delivery

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, neglect, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by using incompatible chemicals or harsh cleaners
  • Cross-threading, overtightening, or misuse of fittings and adapters
  • Clogs caused by dried soap, contamination, or lack of cleaning after use
  • Damage caused by pressure washers, fittings, or accessories outside the product’s intended use
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product function

How To Request Warranty Support

  1. Contact That Detail Shop with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos or video showing the issue.
  3. Describe what happened and how the foam cannon was being used.
  4. Include photos of any fittings, adapters, or pressure washer connections involved.
  5. Wait for our team to review the claim and respond with the next steps.

Foam Cannon Care Tips

  • Rinse the bottle, pickup tube, and foam cannon head after each use.
  • Do not allow soap or chemicals to dry inside the foam cannon.
  • Store the foam cannon clean, dry, and away from freezing temperatures.
  • Use compatible soaps and chemicals designed for foam cannon use.
  • Check fittings and connections before each wash.
  • Avoid overtightening threaded components.

Important Notes

Warranty decisions are made at the discretion of That Detail Shop after reviewing the product, order details, photos, videos, and usage information. This warranty applies only to eligible TDS foam cannon products purchased directly from That Detail Shop or an approved sales channel.

This warranty does not replace proper care, cleaning, or safe use. Foam cannons are tools, and regular rinsing, correct chemical use, and proper storage help extend product life.
